​We use Shiply to act as a courier company for us. We contact Shiply within 24 hours to book in a collection. Then we pass your contact details to them so the delivery driver can make contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. Couriers will need you to be present at home when they deliver the item.

Shipping is FREE for purchase over the value of £600. There is a fix fee of £35 for delivery. Your order will be delivered between 1 - 3 weeks of the purchase date. Collection in person is also possible. The delivery charge will be refunded to you after collection.

It is our dream to see you loving our pieces, However, if you change your mind or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund within 10 days of delivery date if the piece is in the original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the delivery costs. Refunds will be processed onto your original payment method.
